From an outside perspective, you’ve got it together. But inside, you feel like a bumbling cartoon character trying to keep your 27 hats balanced on your head while juggling 14 balls… and a few plates! Feel familiar? Are you going through a life transition and feeling bombarded with stress, anxiety, depression, maybe some imposter syndrome? Does your inner bully like to smack you sometimes, or your past self sabotaging behaviors run across the stage….again? Life transitions can be overwhelming and daunting - especially if you keep telling yourself you "SHOULD" be fine!

Maybe you’re starting college, getting ready to get married, getting divorced, becoming a new parent, starting a new business, retiring… Whatever your current life transition, first stop "SHOULDing" on yourself, then reaching out for some support is a powerful step!

Helping people with turning life's page as a better version of themselves is my jam! Understanding your self sabotaging tendencies and learning new tools and strategies, you can enter your next life chapter with motivation and a calm confidence.

Marnie Pollard, LCSW

Life these days can be isolating, stressful, and demanding. Thriving can be even more difficult for those struggling with anxiety, past trauma, grief, and life transitions. With my educational and professional emphasis in the field of child and family welfare, I have much experience working with individuals through stressors in the nuclear family, as well as the family of origin. I am passionate about supporting those in transitioning roles such as adolescence, young adulthood, work, parenting, relationships, empty-nesting, and grief. The goal of our work together will be to make the specific, positive changes you desire.
